New Shipping Rules

Posted by Jonathan Risteen on 5th Mar 2021

Attention Valued Customers:

It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you we are going to have to turn off our direct-to-consumer sales on March 26th, 2021.

In December 2020, the federal government passed a 5000+ page spending bill (remember those $600 stimulus payments, it's the same bill) and buried deep in that bill was the inclusion of the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act which moves our product category under the PACT Act. The PACT Act is the reason you can't order cigarettes online.

Unfortunately, at this point there are no current workarounds for us to continue to ship products to residential addresses.

In the coming weeks we will be publishing a shop finder on our website listing the shops that carry our products. If you would like for us to reach out to your local vape shop to see if we can get them to pick up our products, please use our contact form and we will do our best to get our products into their shop.

Big Tobacco’s influence in Washington has really hurt us this time, BUT we are fighters, and will continue to look for solutions to keep our products available.
